An established regional hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse to support operating room functions. This role is vital to ensuring a safe, clean, and effective environment for surgical patients and care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support preoperative and postoperative patient care Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques Respond to surgical complications and intervene as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care Deliver patient education and discharge planning
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred) RN licensure valid in NC or compact states BLS certification required at start Additional certifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in surgical or clinical nursing
