This role offers a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to support patient care in a surgical environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being before, during, and after surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and plan individualized care Monitor patients’ responses to procedures and treatments Support operating room setup and ensure sterile conditions Provide education to patients and families post-op Collaborate with surgical and recovery teams
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state BLS certification required Additional certifications per department needs
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of clinical or OR experience preferred
