- RN for our Emergency ServicesDepartment.
This job is permanent, PRN.

Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problemsidentified and involves the patient according to his or hercapabilities and desires.
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medicationadministration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as wellas other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition asappropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living,including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, andambulation.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patientcare, including patient transfer, discharge, referral andspiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and providespatient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition,and circumstances.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being ofthe patient.
