This job ispermanent,full-time. Core competencies include, but are not limitedto the following:

• Performs plan of care intervention, includingmedication administration, specimen collection, clinicaltreatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
• Documentspatient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patientcondition asappropriate tocare team, physician, patient, andfamily.
• Assistspatients with performing activities of dailyliving, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, andambulation.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines tocoordinate patient care, including patient transfer,discharge,referraland spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and providespatient/family educationappropriate toage, culture, condition, andcircumstances.
• Works as an advocate for the physical andemotional well-being of the patient.
