Shared on-call and Holiday rotation required. An independent self-starter with strong triage skills is required. Two years nursing experience with home health/hospice and/or facility experience preferred. Advanced understanding of the end-of-life care process required. Competitive salary with full benefit package as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement available.
