As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with acute and complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, holistic, and person-centered care in a high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and North Carolina Board of Nursing standards Provide leadership and direction to licensed and non-licensed teammates Assist providers in implementing therapeutic regimens Monitor and respond to critical changes in patient conditions Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families
