DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The primary function of this position is as the lead abnormal Pap test follow-up nurse. This position also serves as the assistant program manager for the Maternal Health (MH) and Family Planning (FP) Programs. This position also works as an enhanced role nurse in STD clinic, as an intake nurse, and staff nurse in family planning, general, immunization, and maternal health clinics. Top candidates are able to follow written policies and procedures to work independently, are self-motivated and have an exceptional work ethic.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing and one year of professional nursing experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the N.C. Board of Nursing.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday•Friday / 8:00am•5:00 pm
SALARY RANGE
$69,668.96•$108,683.60 (Grade 234)
