Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina. Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas. Certification in a nursing specialty (e.g., OCN) preferred, not required. Bio/chemotherapy certificate required within 90 days of hire. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
