Lemon Springs, NC Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled and motivated RN to deliver high-quality care in the surgical services unit. This position plays a critical role in providing technical and emotional support to patients during the operative process.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and efficient nursing care during surgical procedures Assist with surgical preparation and instrument setup Communicate with physicians and team members Ensure adherence to infection control and sterile protocols Guide patients through pre- and post-operative phases
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred Unrestricted RN license in North Carolina or compact state BLS certification upon hire Additional credentials based on departmental needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in OR or acute care preferred
