Two (2) years of Clinical RN experiencePrincipalAccountabilities Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients, according tothe nursing skills inventory and the age and needs of thepatient/population served. Coordinates the planning for the delivery of nursing care withan interdisciplinary team and administers appropriate clinicaldecisions in the delivery of patient care. Collaborates with, directs, and may delegate to the healthcareteam in the attainment of positive outcomes based on data,research, evidence, and professional standards of care. Coordinatestreatment plans; develops/implements discharge and/or transferplans. Participates in a systemic, interdisciplinary, and ongoingevaluation of programs, process improvement and desiredclient-centered outcomes. Considers the diverse needs of each patient through the entirecontinuum of care, providing and ensuring the highest level ofservice according to established service standards, optimizing thepatient experience. Promotes a safe and accountable environment; adheres to allMemorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards, being a goodsteward of resources, including time management, supply management,productivity and quality of service. Promotes individual professional growth and development bymeeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skillscompetency; supports department-based goals which contribute to thesuccess of the organization; may serve as preceptor, mentor andresource to less experienced staff.
