We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is eager to grow with our agency and make a significant impact on our clients’ lives.

• Responsibilities:

• 1.

Conduct initial client assessments and create personalized care plans. 2. Regularly evaluate the client’s condition and update care plans as necessary. 3. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care. 4. Educate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures. 5. Ensure compliance with all state and local nursing home care regulations. 6. Participate in agency meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our services. 7. Ensure that client charts are in good standing and are in compliance with NC DHHS regulations regarding licensed home care agencies. 8. Assist with caregiver orientation if needed. .

• Qualifications:

• 1.

Current and valid RN license in the state of North Carolina. 2. A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. A passion for providing high-quality care to clients in their homes. 7. Current negative TB screening. 8. Current CPR certification. 9. Pass criminal record and background check. 10. Must hold a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
