Job Summary:

AClinic/Dr. OfficeRegistered Nurse (RN)provides clinical care and support to patientsin a healthcare clinic or physician’s office setting. Clinic RNsassist in the management of patient care, offering assessments,administering treatments, educating patients, and ensuring smoothcoordination of care under the supervision of a physician. Theywork closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, includingassessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, andwound care.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, anddiagnostic tests, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Educatepatients and their families on medical conditions, treatmentoptions, medications, and preventive care.
• Maintain and updatepatient medical records, ensuring accurate documentation of careand communication with the healthcare team.
• Perform routinescreenings, vaccinations, and lab tests as ordered by thephysician.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatmentsin accordance with clinic protocols and physician orders.
• Monitorpatients for signs of illness, adverse reactions, or complications,and communicate findings to the physician.
• Assist with follow-upcare, scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals tospecialists or other healthcare services.
• Maintain a clean andorganized clinical environment, adhering to infection control andsafety protocols.
• Provide emotional support to patients and theirfamilies, helping to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support the clinic’s operational needs, including managingsupplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.

• Licensure
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

• Certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredWellspring Nurse Source Job ID .

Pay package is based on 8 hourshifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) withtax-free stipend amount to be determined.
