Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) –
Labor & Delivery Shift:
12-hour Nights (18:45 – 07:15), 36 hrs/week
Ratios:
Labor 1:1-2 | Postpartum 1:3-4
Openings:
5-6
Job Overview:
Join a dynamic LDRP unit (15 beds) in a growing community hospital. RNs must be confident in managing labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. No call or float required. Self-scheduling with weekend rotation (4 shifts/6 weeks).
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years in L&D (1st-time travelers accepted)
Certifications:
BLS, NRP, AWHONN
Intermediate, FHM, STABLE Skills:
Antepartum/Labor & High-Risk OB Fetal monitoring (internal & external) C-section circulating & recovery Postpartum & newborn care IV therapy, Pitocin, Mag Sulfate Baby nurse/APGAR/scoring Proficient in
Epic, SBAR, Pyxis Preferred:
