• Current RN license and good standing with the StateBoard of Nursing.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association(be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
• Current ACLScertifications. NIHSS certification may be required prior to thefirst shift.
• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as an ICU RNwithin the last year.
• Strong critical thinking skills as well asthe ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate thedelivery of skilled patient care.
• Must show competency withmanaging ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
• Strongfamiliarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterialline placement, and para/thoracentesis.
