Registered Nurse (RN) –

Neuro ICU Job Summary:

The RN Neuro ICUspecializes in critical care for patients with life-threateningneurological conditions, such as traumatic brain injuries or severestrokes. This role requires close monitoring, rapid intervention,and collaboration with neurosurgeons and other specialists.

KeyResponsibilities:

Provide intensive nursing care to patients withsevere neurological conditions. Monitor vital signs, intracranialpressures, and neurological status closely. Administer criticalcare medications and interventions as prescribed. Coordinate withneurosurgeons, intensivists, and rehabilitation specialists.

Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately.

Educate families about prognosis, treatments, and ongoing careneeds.

Work Environment:
