• Current RN license and good standingwith the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS from the AmericanHeart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
• Current ACLS certification may be required prior to first shift.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as an inpatient Telemetry RNwithin the last year.
• Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate,evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as wellas demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in followingestablished processes.
• Must have an excellent understanding ofECG interpretation, and familiarity caring for patients with commoncardiac issues including Congestive Heart Failure and AtrialFibrillation.
• Proficiency with post ACS/MI care protocols, a goodunderstanding of key labs and medications related to cardiacrhythm, ECG administration, cardioversion, and external pacing.
