What Home Helpers Offers:

No Weekend Requirement Mileage Reimbursement Pay Range:

$32-$38 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health to identify care needs. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaborate with caregivers to achieve favorable client outcomes. Document patient assessments, interventions, progress, and any changes in condition accurately and thoroughly. Provide training, guidance, and support to caregivers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional care. Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and team members, fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. A passion for seniors and experience in home care is a plus. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their families. Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team. Compassionate, respectful, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients. Ability to pass a background screening. Active driver’s license and insurance.
