Per Diem BAYADA Home Health is looking forcompassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our teamper diem in our Person County Visits Office. This office servicesour adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territoriesthroughout Caswell, Person, and Orange counties.

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’sneeds Make home visits to clients in designated geographicterritories Perform assigned duties, including administration ofmedication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Clinical orClient Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’orders Perform client assessments as necessary Case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, andevaluations pertaining to client care management and servicesprovided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program A current license as a Registered Nurse in North CarolinaBAYADA recognizes and rewards our RNs who set and maintain thehighest standards of excellence.
