Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, critical care to ICU patients, managing complex health conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, round-the-clock patient care.
- Educate and support patients and families, explaining treatment plans and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain precise patient records and follow ICU protocols to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
