Bobby Lutz (bobby.lutz@soliant.com) Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel contract in Greenville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a qualified RN to enhance their skills in a fast-paced hospital environment while exploring everything Greenville has to offer.
Job Overview:
As a Stepdown RN on this travel contract, you will provide high-quality care to patients transitioning from ICU-level care. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and monitor patients, manage medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes. This position requires RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patient condition, vital signs, and responses to treatment
Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and update patient care plans
Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes
Ensure patient safety and comfort during the transition from ICU care
Requirements:
Active RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS required
Navy blue scrubs required
13-week commitment
Previous hospital Stepdown experience required
Flexibility for night shifts (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
