Overview:

$8,000 Sign-on-Bonus for qualified candidates. TheRegistered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care andensures positive patient outcomes through the compassionate andefficient application of nursing knowledge. Working under generalsupervision, this role promotes professional nursing practice bycoordinating patient care through the nursing process andmultidisciplinary collaboration.

NursingResponsibilities:

Reviews patient needs and conditions to delivernursing care in assigned unit to ensure that every patient receivesthe direct and proper care needed. Analyzes patient information,including medical history, diagnostic results, and currentcondition, to develop individualized nursing care plans. Preparesnursing processes, such as medication administration and treatmentsto provide comprehensive and effective patient care. Reconcilesmedical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatorystandards and organizational policies. Evaluates patient responseto interventions and identifies any additional interventions neededto meet defined goals of care. Collaborates with interdisciplinarycare team to ensure effective care planning. Performs other dutiesas assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE

Required:

1 year as a

Registered Nurse Preferred:

1year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursingorganizations

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING

Required:

Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS(CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
