Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan inaccordance with patient’s needs Perform assigned duties, includingadministration of medication, wound care, treatments, andprocedures Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’orders Accurately document observations, interventions, andevaluations pertaining to client care management and servicesprovided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as aRegistered Nurse in NC . A minimum of one year of recent,verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home careexperience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduation from anaccredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by schooltranscript or diploma. Solid computer skills; prior experience withelectronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
