Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient health and document observations Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and other healthcare staff Supervise CNAs and ensure quality resident care Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning Educate residents and families about ongoing care plans Maintain accurate medical records and charting Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
Valid RN license NC or compact state license Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum 1 year of RN LTC or SNF experience
