We’re hiringboard-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In-homeHealth Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certaincommercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits that focus on aperson’s overall health and well-being and identify potentialbarriers to care Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (Average 6-9visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment) Earnadditional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visitswhere the health plan member qualifies to receive additionaldiagnostic and preventive tests) Shifts available Monday – Sunday(no nights/weekends required) Short-Term or Long-Term basisPre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members Airfare, Hotel,and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility) Malpracticecoverage Availability Incentives (when you offer availability tocomplete five appointments per day worked) Independent Contractor,1099 status Flexible Schedule State License Required These visitsinclude a medication and medical history review and a physicalevaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Our NPcontractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement theircurrent income) while managing other personal and clinicalcommitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specificform for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order labtests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.
