Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC (Long-Term Care) A Long-Term CareRegistered Nurse provides ongoing skilled nursing care to residentsin nursing homes or assisted living facilities. This role involvesmonitoring chronic conditions, administering medications, andsupporting daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and update care plans for residents with stable butlong-term health needs. Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for any changesin condition. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to supportholistic well-being. Educate residents and families on best practices for chroniccondition management. Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance withregulations.

Work Environment:
