Our hospital has a lower than national average patient ratio. Ourteam’s approach to offering safe discharge planning is the use of aUtilization RN and Case Manager RN, in conjunction with a SocialWorker. Qualifications:

Qualifications Applicants should have a current VA(or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from anaccredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Additionalrequirements include:

• American Heart Association Basic LifeSupport
• Experience in Utilization Review preferred
• Requiresflexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patternsincluding weekends and holidays to ensure continuity of care andappropriateness of nursing coverage to the patients of Sovah HealthDanville on all units.
