Coordinates daily operations with leadership team toensure implementation of clinical objectives and quality residentcare for assigned ministries.
Job Responsibilities andRequirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns, directs, educatesand monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
Contributes to performance evaluations of staff. Serves as aresource to the staff. Manages resident flow within assigned area.
Provides support and coordination for resident emergencies. Opensand leads incident command for internal or external disasters untilrelieved by assigned administrative representative. Evaluates theeffectiveness of resident care and identifies any issues thataffect desired resident outcomes. Responds to complaints aboutresident care and manages through established channels. May provideinput for hiring, training, directing, developing and evaluatingstaff. Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Graduate of accreditedschool of nursing or education equivalency for licensing EXPERIENCETwo years’ registered nurse experience, with demonstratedprogressive leadership responsibility
