Our hospital has a lower than nationalaverage patient ratio. Our team’s approach to offering safedischarge planning is the use of a Utilization RN and Case ManagerRN, in conjunction with a Social Worker. Qualifications:

Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license andpossess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school(Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Additional requirements include:

American Heart Association Basic Life Support Experience in Utilization Review preferred Requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shiftpatterns including weekends and holidays to ensure continuity ofcare and appropriateness of nursing coverage to the patients ofSovah Health Danville on all units.
