Position Overview:

ESO Consultants is seeking experienced Cardiac Telemetry Nurses to join our Crisis Response team at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. This is a critical role designed to provide high-quality, hands-on patient care in a cardiac telemetry unit. The selected candidates will play an essential part in monitoring, assessing, and responding to patients’ cardiac health in an acute care setting.

4×12-Hour Nights

13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous monitoring and assessment of cardiac patients’ telemetry data and vital signs.
• Responding to changes in patients’ conditions with appropriate interventions.
• Supporting the medical team with patient care, utilizing advanced cardiac life support measures as needed.
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and clear documentation in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

Certifications Required:

o ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) o BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) o NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac telemetry or similar acute care setting.

Travel Experience:

Travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
