This office services adult and geriatric clients ona per visit basis in territories throughout Scotland, Hoke, Moore,Richmond, and Robeson Counties.

Responsibilities:

Followa designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs Performassigned duties, including administration of medication, woundcare, treatments, and procedures Follow up with, execute, andproperly document doctors’ orders Accurately document observations,interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care managementand services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch padtablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A currentlicense as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. A minimum of oneyear of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.

Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, asindicated by school transcript or diploma. Solid computer skills;prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to travel to cases as assigned. As an accredited,regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider,BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
