Department/Unit Summary Join our newest department at Harris Regional! Our post-surgicaldepartment is a 10-bed unit with a 5:1 that will care forpost-surgical patients that are admitted for post-surgical needsthat may occur within the first two days after surgery. Patientscould range from a variety of surgeries that we offer, ENT,Women’s, Urology, General, etc. This department utilizes aself-scheduling application. Qualifications:
Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a valid RN license in NC or a compact state.
Additional requirements include:
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within30 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year ofhire and maintained thereafter.
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year or hireand maintained thereafter.
- No experience required.
