ASN or BSN 1 year of hospital RN experience

COMPENSATION

$30-$46 PER HOUR (Base) Plus Bonus Plus Relocation

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

30-bed Med Surg Unit Oversee patients in Med Surg Unit with a wide range of different diagnosis and post surgical patients. Deliver patient-centered nursing care and participate in patient and family education. Work with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and patient care support staff. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. As a part of the clinical team, you will coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. This job will give you a wide range of experiences with different sicknesses. You will be able to develop a career path to your most desired Unit.
