- Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary Our 22-bed Med Surge unit is split onto two floors with anurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6 is staffed with Registered Nurses(RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Sittersproviding care for a variety of patients including those ondialysis, diabetes, heart disease, geriatric patients, andrecovering surgical patients.
