Long-term care (LTC) preferred or desired to work with LTCpatients Department/Unit Summary Join our team in a 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit,with 20 Rehab beds and 70 LTC beds. Staffed with Registered Nurses(RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides.
Operating with a patient ratio of 1:15 days, 1:19 evenings and 1:25nights, our unit cares for patients with Congestive Heart Failure(CHF), COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, andHeart Disease. This role offers an opportunity to workcollaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providingquality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehabassistance and LTC needs.
