Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to join our team at Medical Talent, LLC. This role is crucial for providing high-quality patient care in medical-surgical settings. You will play an integral part in supporting patients during their recovery process while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records. Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in a medical/surgical nursing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred.
