Weekend School Nurse 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 18 Lehmann Way, Dublin, NH 03444 •Weekend School Nurses Needed! Daytime (weekend) hours available, no holidays or summers!•Saturday 9 AM-1 PM Sunday 10AM-2PM Dublin School, an intentionally small 9-12 all-gender college preparatory boarding and day school located in beautiful, rural southwestern NH, seeks a school nurse to join our community of 165 students, 110 boarding and 55 local day students. The School Nurse (RN or LPN) will administer medications, evaluate student injury and illness, and collaborate with other school staff to manage student health. Responsibilities for School Nurse Responsible for professional, medical treatment of students, and occasional staff. Maintain clinical records via electronic medical record. Consult with teachers, school administrators, and other school staff regarding student care Administer medication Monitor and maintain student immunization, clinical, and other health records. Educate students and staff on health procedures Provides emergency aid to students and school staff. Qualifications for School Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN 4+ years of clinical experience, ideally in a clinic or school setting Knowledge of many areas of health including mental health Ability to work independently or with others Ability to communicate well with others Ability to assess situations and act quickly Ability to multitask Impeccable organizational skills Able to establish rapport with students and their parents Dublin School believes that equal opportunity for all employees is important for the continuing success of our community and school.
