Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Join our teamas a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU), where you will provide life-saving care to critically illpatients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medicalinterventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditions upon admission and developindividualized care plans tailored to their critical needs. Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed byphysicians while closely monitoring patient responses. Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators,infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patientrecovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to providecomprehensive care for patients with complex medicalconditions. Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional supportduring challenging situations. Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans asneeded based on clinical outcomes.

Work Environment:

The role is based in hospital ICUs where RNs work closely withcritically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring andsupport. This position demands quick decision-making skills andcomposure under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting focusedon critical care.
