• Pay:

  $40.50 per hour

• Schedule:

  Full-Time / 40hr/week | 6:45 AM

• 3:15 PM | Day Shift
• Every other Weekend rotation. Week 1: Mon,Tues, Thur, Fri, Sat Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri

• Contract:

  05/12/25 to 08/16/25 : As a Registered Nurse (RN) working in Lebanon, NH, you will provide patient-centered nursing care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will help drive positive clinical outcomes and enhance patient and family satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Patient Assessment

• Conduct detailed nursing assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
• Prioritize patient needs to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care delivery. Medication & Treatment Administration
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Perform drug counts and ensure safe storage and handling of medications. Supervision & Communication
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, assigning tasks based on patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families.
• Document care activities clearly and participate in shift handoffs. Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Follow all state, federal, and organizational regulations (including HIPAA).
• Support quality improvement efforts and attend required training sessions.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• Must meet TB testing and health clearance requirements as per state law. What We Offer
