Job Description
1:1 School Nurse 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Manchester, NH Regency Home Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join our educational team. The 1:1 School Nurses will be responsible for providing healthcare services to an elementary aged student and staff, promoting health education, and ensuring a safe and healthy school environment. Hours are Monday – Friday and include riding the bus.
Duties:
Provide direct 1:1 healthcare services to a medically fragile student Administer medications, g-tube feeds, seizure disorders, uses of AAC device, and treatments as prescribed Conduct health screenings and assessments Develop individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Requirements:
Valid RN license and CPR certification is
REQUIRED
Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing is
REQUIRED
Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is
REQUIRED
