$20,000 Sign On bonus Cardiovascular Intensive Care NurseLooking for a critical care nurse who has a minimum of two years’experience caring for patients in need of cardiovascularspecialized care.

Who We Are:

The Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bedunit with an average census of 12 patients. We are comprised ofroughly 50 employees with Nurse-to-Patient Ratios of 1:2 (1:1 forCRRT and balloon pump care) with 2 LNA on days and 1 LNA on nights.

The typical patient population consists of adults 17 & older withthe following conditions: trauma, respiratory, surgical, neuro,sepsis, ARDS, and pulmonary. About the

The ICU RegisteredNurse delivers care to patients and families with needs rangingfrom basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates atherapeutic and caring environment for patient and families.

Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot HospitalInterprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social PolicyStatement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code ofEthics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are:

Education:

Graduate of an accreditedschool of nursing. Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

Two years as a cardiovascular

ICU Nurse Licensure:

NewHampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered NurseLicense.

Technical Certification:

BLS and ACLS required andmaintained during employment. Nurses are expected to pursueprofessional certification upon eligibility or within the threeyears of entering the specialty practice.

Software/Hardware:

Ability to advance basic computer skills as the health system addsnew system or performs upgrades to existing systems.
