Shift:

Nights 7pm-7am (12 hourshifts 3x per week) Experience CDU Registered Nurse!

Who We Are:

The Clinical Decision Units is a 10-bed observation telemetry unitwith an average census of 8-10 patients. It is the sister unit toour 47 bed intermediate care unit. We have 149 employees betweenthe units. You would be hired as a CICU employee, primary CDU,meaning you will be primarily scheduled in CDU with occasionalshifts in CICU. The CDU specializes in observation patients withdiagnosis such as cardiac, infectious, neuro, and occasionallyCICU/Med surg overflow. The CDU has Nurse to patient ratios of1:3-5 and LNA to patient ratios of 1:10. About the

Job:

The CDURegistered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needsranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.

Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient andfamilies. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot HospitalInterprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social PolicyStatement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code ofEthics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are:

• Graduate of an accredited school ofnursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Current NewHampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurserequired.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientationperiod and maintain during employment.

ACLS preferred.
