Job:

As a member of the Patient CareServices team, the 4-West Progressive Care RN providescomprehensive and compassionate nursing care to adolescent andadult patients requiring enhanced monitoring and support abovemedical-surgical level but whose condition does not warrant care inthe Intensive Care Unit.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and implementspriority-based nursing care and establish goals to meet thepatient’s needs.
• Integrate patient values, best practice, andevidence into patient care.
• Engage patients and/or families inthe care delivery.
• Function competently within own scope ofpractice.
• Utilize a communication style/practice to meet theneeds of the team and/or the situation.

Who You Are:

• Graduatefrom an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN)
• RegisteredNurse, licensed in the state of NH
• 2 years of progressivecare/critical care RN experience preferred
• 2 years of RN cardiactelemetry experience required
