About the
Job:
As a member of the Patient Care Services team,the Critical Care Registered Nurse provides advanced care topatients in an intensive care unit (ICU), emergency room (ER),cardiac care unit, or progressive care unit. Maintaining accuratemedical records, improving communication among healthcare teammembers, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatorystandards.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivers nursing care by utilizing apatient-centered approach incorporating the Professional PracticeModel.
- Provides patient-centered care through teamwork andcollaboration to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Integratesbest practices and current evidence-based practices for delivery ofoptimal health care.
- Utilizes data to improve quality and safety
- Incorporates informatics and technology to communicate, manageinformation, mitigate errors, and support decision making.
Who YouAre:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with
- Registered Nurse licensed in NH or compact state
- 2 years ofrecent experience in a critical care unit
