This role is essential in providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications. Perform advanced procedures such as spinal taps and gastric lavages as necessary. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Conduct assessments and document patient progress, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Assist in managing care for patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring dementia care or specialized treatments. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Maintain a safe and sterile environment while adhering to infection control protocols. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience in critical care or inpatient settings is required. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to critical care nursing. Familiarity with medical procedures such as OR protocols, MDS assessments, and dermal fillers is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
