Elliot Behavioral Health Services is staffed by a team of mentalhealth professionals who tailor both evaluation and treatmentservices to each individual patient. These patients with persistentmental health illnesses are admitted voluntarily or involuntarilyfor 5-14 days. Job:

The Registered Nurse on Pathways delivers care for patients withacute and chronic psychiatric disorders. This includesde-escalation and crisis management under the supervision ofproviders. Also, creates a therapeutic and caring environment forpatient and families. Has the option to cross train on PEP.

What You’ll Do:

Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomesand an effective professional practice environment. Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, andcommunicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; andto colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts andsettings. Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standardsto guide practice and/or performance and identifies areas forimprovement. Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinicaldecision making and critical thinking skills.

Who You Are:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN•BSNpreferred) Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure asRegistered Nurse required Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period andmaintain during employment•ACLS preferred Aggression de-escalation training approved by
