Job:

The Invasive Cardiology Nurse providescare to all age groups referred with various systems abnormalities.

He/She assesses/evaluates patients and families in a collaborativemanner. He/She demonstrates accountability for decisions. TheInvasive Cardiology Nurse identifies, facilitates, and evaluatesoutcomes of nursing care for an individual patient or group ofpatients utilizing the nursing process. He/She coordinates allaspects of and provides technical/medical expertise to medicalstaff for all adult and pediatric diagnosis interventionalcardiology procedures performed within their section. He/Shedocuments relevant patient information in writing on all patientsundergoing cardiology procedures in accordance with standards ofdocumentation. The Invasive Cardiology Nurse works under thegeneral supervision and is accountable to the RN Clinical Managerfor nursing practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Implementation andevaluation of care
• Identifies, facilitates and evaluates outcomesof nursing care for an individual patient or group of patientsutilizing the nursing process.
• Evaluates patients consideringdevelopmental, biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care,educational and discharge planning needs
• Intervenes based onidentified nursing diagnosis and maintains constancy with therapiesof other disciplines
• Consistently re-evaluates nursing orders inthe provision of patient care

Who You Are:

• Graduate fromaccredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse in NH or compactstate
• Holds a

BLS & ACLS

• Experienced with a minimum of 1 yearin an interventional lab
• Experienced with 2-4 years in
