Job:
As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the 4-WestProgressive Care RN provides comprehensive and compassionatenursing care to adolescent and adult patients requiring enhancedmonitoring and support above medical-surgical level b ut whosecondition does not warrant care in the Intensive Care Unit.
What You’ll Do:
Assess and implements priority-based nursing care and establishgoals to meet the patient’s needs. Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into patientcare. Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery. Function competently within own scope of practice. Utilize a communication style/practice to meet the needs of theteam and/or the situation.
Who You Are:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN) Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH 3+ years of progressive care/critical care RN experiencerequired
