- is a 18-room labor, delivery, and post-partumdepartment that cares for 1,200-1,300 babies and their familiesannually throughout their stay at the Medical Center. The
- BirthPlace
- is staffed 24/7 by Obstetricians and Certified Midwives.

About the
Job:
As a member of the Patient Care Services team, The Birth Place (BP)Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to mothers andbabies during ante
- intra
- and post-partum periods and includesin-unit Cesarean and other gynecological procedures.
What You’ll Do:
Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establishesgoals to meet the patient’s needs Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into patientcare Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery Function competently within own scope of practice Utilize a communication style/practice to meet the needs of theteam and/or the situation
Who You Are:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with AND Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse At least 2 years of Labor & Delivery, Recovery/Post-partum,Maternal required
