About the
Job:
Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging frombasic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates atherapeutic and caring environment for patient and families.
Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot HospitalInterprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social PolicyStatement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code ofEthics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.
What You’ll Do:
Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomesand an effective professional practice environment. Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, andcommunicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; andto colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts andsettings. Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standardsto guide practice and/or performance and identifies areas forimprovement. Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinicaldecision making and critical thinking skills.
Who You Are:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ASN Required withactive enrolled in BSN enrollment in a program (signed BSNcommitment form needed). BSN Preferred. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of NewHampshire required or must hold a Compact Nursing License Life support authorization (BLS) appropriate to patient populationrequired Specialty certification required within six (6) months ofeligibility
