Complex Medical Student Job Description:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a complex medical student on a 1:1 basis. Administer medications and manage health plans in accordance with school policies and protocols. Monitor and address any acute health issues that arise during school hours. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure the students health needs are met. Maintain accurate and confidential health records. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed. Promote health education and preventive care within the school environment.

Qualifications:

Must hold an active RN license in New Hampshire. Previous school-based nursing experience is required. District fingerprinting is required for the role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing complex medical conditions is preferred.
